Well i really wanted to share my problem somewhere so i think a Teen forum on the net seems legit :D

Ever since i remember i hit puberty i get massive mood changes for the slightest things . For example i can get an 20/20 mark at maths at school , act like i am at paradise at the school bus and when i come home , i just feel its my last moment of life because my mum really messed up the food. I can be happy when i go at school , and then when the air starts blowing i really wanna suicide , because i have semi-long hair and the wind really mess them HARD - i think i look even worst thank Frankenstains girlfriend . Any tips ? Its really annoying . And last one . I watched a thriller last year , called "One Missed Call" its about a ghost/spirit/ya know , these creepy thriller creations that you aren't sure about what they are  . That thingy there just calls people for 1sec , the people miss the call [one MISSED call] and the time they "missed" the call is the time they die , and they hear as message their last words . The problem is , every night i am the last one to go to sleep , my mind is like

-HEY , Aris , do you still remember that really scary thriller ??? :what:

Seems i have a trolling mind , any tips for it too ?

I was like that really hard core in middle school. And yeah, it sucks. I never found a way to deal with it, but I grew out of it some, so there's hope for you too!
Ah, one thing. Find things that are a sure fire road to happiness. A song that always cheers you up, a favorite book, favorite movie, etc. Maybe something like Hyperboleandahalf, because it'll make you laugh, or maybe something like boardofwisdom, because you can read about other people's thoughts, or maybe FML or MLIA so you know that other people's lives suck to. Whatever it is, make sure you do/ read it when you're feeling bad. It will at least help temporarily. Best of luck! =D

Im like that but my mind just goes..."hey joe....ye you...you know you live in a remote area...ye they would never find your body if they hid it in that cave you found...and you know how most people in this area have a gun......yep...i bet the loneliness is going to drive them insane fairly soon so kiss your ass goodbye"

Damn it brain, that's not how sleep works!

well, what I do is just sleep when it's really late and I'm tired so my mind won't have to think a lot.

Dude my advice don't watch scary movies, personally I don't cuz I really got scared. Do you play any sports? That helps 2 me.
