Okay, my boyfriend and I have been dating for 14 months, and we've known each other for years before that, but we haven't really kissed properly yet. I mean, we've pecked each other on the lips occasionally, and he kisses my cheek everytime we say goodbye, but we've never had a long kiss.

I guess my question is sort of how can I go from this to kiss him properly?

Do something cute/romantic together ... Make subtle hints throughout and then go for it. But don't rush take it slowly and if he's nervous talk to him about it. He might just need you to tell him it's okay. :)
