ok i was playing with my friends the other day and we were palying football and john hit me then i hit my nuts on sumtin and now like i feel like a sorta water like substance in my ball sack is that normal???????

Not to sure about that, get it checked by the doctor. Any sort of damage to that area can always be a bit risky to leave.
