I can't help but look too :-/ and do get hard, a friend of mine suggested trying to to mental math like multiplying big numbers to distract from the boner, it's worked only twice but worked nonetheless

Yea I'm in a sports team and most guys are bare naked in the locker room so sometimes I can't help but look. I just think of how I should respect other guys' privacy and I don't think of them sexually or anything, which usually ensures I don't get a boner.

When I'm in the locker room at my local pool & gym I have a stare, a peek or a glance to see what's next for me. As for the problem of getting hard it never used to be an issue for me, until I started being totally shaven and I started noticing other guys sneaking a peek at me changing or showering and instantly I'd get hard. I'm used to in now and it doesn't bother me when I get hard.

But the weird thing is when i'm at school it never happens and we always mess around, comment on each others size, shaving style, etc.. but no one gets hard, it's just laughs.

It's completely normal to look around! You have a penis and they have different penises, it's fine to be curious or aroused.
