nah I don't drink a lot of water. but my mom does she does the lemon in her water too.

I did find out from Chef Mark Anthony that cucumber water works good to help ya feel better so I'll prob be drinking that instead of all the soda I usually drink.

you can Google him or use the link to his site in my diary

I quit all soft drinks 4 months ago along with all candy, cake, and anything else with sugar and I feel great. I have more energy and I went from 275 pounds to 220 pounds and I'm still losing. I quit all pasta and bread about a week ago and I've lost another 5 pounds since. In 4 months, I've lost over 50 pounds, 3 belt sizes, 1 shirt size, and almost 4 inches off my waist. I also have far less fat in my face and gut. I now drink water and milk. Occasionally a gatorade to. I feel better and I can't stand any type of soda anymore. I tried a sip of coke about a month ago and I spit it out. It tasted awful.

Water is the most important drink to drink!! I love it a lot!!! I wish we can take every other drink away so there is no distraction drinks to pull us away from water! It's what keeps us hydrated! It's basically like 76% of us. (around there)

Yeah, you're right.
I'm lucky to live here in the netherlands, where we have fresh filtered natural water....
One time when I was in engeland I didn'd drink any water, because it just tastes like chlorine

I love soda..and juice. Not a fan of water, but I'm willing to drink them if there's nothing else (like at restaurants, since we usually order water)

Water and Tea are all I drink. Might start drinking bulletproof coffee. Unless something benefits my health, I do not put it into my body.

You can always buy water or filters though..

Good for you, shows how bad those things truly are. They literally are poison to the body.

I almost never drink water. It has no flavor and as a result, I have no real desire to drink it.

I hate water, it's bland and after awhile begins to taste like cardboard. Can't imagine drinking it constantly.

I only drink water when playing sports, since ice doesn't mess up water, but does mess up sodas and drinks.

I only drink ice tea, milk(like 6-8 cups a day) and soda. Occasionally I'll have water but I prefer to not drink it.

Are you serious? I really want to start to lose weight, but I just can't bring myself to exercise because of my gym class. All we were allowed to do was exercise and now I absolutely hate it. Don't get me wrong, I will exercise and do enjoy it at times, but just that class made me hate it. I would work as hard as I could and still barely passed the class. So if what you are saying is true, I could lose a few pounds just by cutting out all of the junk food? I cut out a lot of it a long time ago but still do consume a lot of junk food now. I think if I am able to lose say 20pounds I would feel more comfortable with working out and exercise, right now running just kills me after because I am not used to it and trying to run at close to 300lbs is hard. I'm trying to find ways to lose weight without having to do running for a little while. So by cutting out all junk food it should be easier to lose weight? Would I have to cut milk too? I drink that almost everytime I want a drink..

Mainly I like Powerade and Tea, but water is fine with me. it's bothersome how many people won't drink water because it's 'gross'.

I need to drink it more, but sometimes. When I'm in the mood I binge on it.

im right there with ya. i constantly drink water.
the only thing i drink with meals, so that i dont skew the taste.
i also drink other stuff like juices, but i think water is delicious.
sometimes, i may not even be thirsty, but i get cravings for water. crazy strong cravings.
its kinda funny, cause my tummy expands alot when i drink, so i might suddenly down 4 or 5 water bottles real quick and start looking really round.

I enjoy water when I'm eating a dish or drinking a soup that has its own wonderful flavor.

I enjoy other beverages when I'm not enjoying a bland, flavorless, or unsatisfying meal.

The water in my city is gross and we don't have a filter, so I usually live on seltzer- the kind that is Only carbonated water and natural flavor nothing else.

I'm not a fan of water. It never really appealed to me. I prefer soda.

Milk is healthy but high in calories and fat, so is junkfood.

I'm very much into drinking mostly water and I often mix in flavour waters as well or add a slice of fruit to my water to really give it that punch.
