well its a bit unspecific, but was it like a panic attack?
I kind of have what you described too, sometimes.
I dont know, maybe it was some kind of panic attack, perhaps caused by anxiety?

I'm assuming you are around 18 as well, so it could even be hormones perhaps. Some other causes of panic attacks(If that's what they are) are large amounts of Caffeine and/or withdrawal from Caffeine or other drugs. If neither of those apply, I would suggest contacting your doctor so you know your options.

If you're on any kind of medication, drinking can cause something like that or you may just be a nervous drinker. :P do these occur when you're sober too?

I have a friend who has anxiety attacks and takes medicine and stuff for it, so you should consider seeing a doctor.

Others have stated this but it does sound like what you experienced is a panic/anxiety attack. If it happens again, you should consult a doctor about possibly getting medication.

It sounds like panic attacks, as everyone else has said. I understand, I have them a lot. I could be just brushing my teeth and all of a sudden it feels like I'm dying. I just remind myself to breathe, and it usually gets me through them. However, I recommend seeing a doctor about it.

It was most likely a panic attack, just dont forget you have nothing to worry about.
Tomorrow go to a doctor and ask for his help, he can help you more than any of us
