If she is afraid of getting caught by her parents then she most likely isn't mature enough for this just yet. I'm assuming you guys are pretty young by the sound of this, so the parental surveillance will wear down a little as you get older. Remember, just because you have a girlfriend doesn't mean you automatically get to have sex. Focus on developing other parts of your relationship until both of you mature a little bit more and are sure you want to have sex. Don't rush into anything because it could possibly fuck things up, not just with your parents, but the balance and dynamic of the relationship as well. It's a big step, especially with young couples.
