Umm, I ALMOST came out as gay to my extra religious father. He asked up front, and he said if I was, he was gonna f*****g kill me. What should I do? What should I not do? :o

Thankfully I don't have to deal with your situation. I know its prob hard for you but, I wouldn't be saying anything to your dad. If you feel you need to tell a parent maybe your mom might be more approachable. Really neither one needs to know.
If you want to come out start with a close friend or maybe a cousin you can trust.

Umm don't tell him until you are not living with him and I would probably go as far as to say no longer financially dependent on him. He probably will disown you unless he changes his views by then. Maybe tell your mom if she would be more accepting, but make sure that you are positive she wouldn't tell your dad.

Don't bother. If he's like that, then he doesn't need to know.

My dad is exactly the same way and just as mentioned in this quote this is what I would recommend and I have decided for myself not to tell my family i'm bi till i'm living on my own...

Well, unless you want to be killed, I recommend not telling him. That would not end well.
