So, I recently had a relapse, I treated the minor cuts with peroxide, and put neosporin on them. I checked them soon after and the edges of the cuts are now puffy and red, and the larger ones have an odd smell to them, kind of like almonds. Obviously these are all signs of infection, but it's only been like 15 minutes? I can't go to my mother because, well that's a whole other issue. Any help on how to keep my leg un-amputated without seeking medical attention would be greatly appreciated.

When I cut too deep, it leaked pus and all that nasty shit. I was meant to get it treated, but like you I can't do that and I didn't want to anyway. What I did was to cover it with heavy duty gauze bandage, changing it everyday and washing the area with anything antibacterial. As long as you keep it clean and covered until it's starts scabbing over, it should be fine. If it does pus, wipe it gently away and try not to touch or rub the cut(s).
