I have a somewhat large spot on the tip of my penis, which obstructs urination, has anyone else ever had this? how did you rid yourself of it?

No I've never had this.

If it obstructs you urinating or causes issues when urinating then maybe you should see a doctor. I don't know what it could be, it could be an infection or nothing, have you always had it?
