When does a penis stop growing?
Your penis stops growing when you finish puberty. Exactly when that happens, though, varies from person to person. Everyone develops at a different pace. You may take longer than your friends or less time than them to finish puberty. But by 16, your body and its parts should be close to your adult size. However if you started puberty later than age 13 you'll probably continue growing a lil. The last big change in penis size for me was 17 ( 4 months from being 18 ), my penis grew from 6" erect to its current size of 7".

Puberty tends to stop in the early twenties so your penis will most likely stop growing around that time. Although everyone develops different so you may fully develop that area first and others afterwards - there's no way to predict really.

It will stop at the end of puberty, around 20, though the speed will slow dramatically, and growth will become unnoticeable from like the age of 16 though this age will carry from person to person
