This happens every year when I have to get a sports physical, we go and I have to strip down at a part and my mom sees my penis. I thought it was a big deal last year but looking back I was undeveloped and my penis was hairless and tiny ( like really tiny 1in flaccid maybe 2 errect) but now I have grown hair and my penis is large now should I tell her or show her before hand so it isnt really shocking then and there?

I'd personally ask her to leave. However you shouldn't show her beforehand because that's slightly weird. I think if she does see, she'll understand its puberty.

To be honest it's pretty weird that your mother is in the room with you at your age (I'm guessing 13/14), when you were younger it's understandable but now you should really be there with the doctor alone. However, if you do want your mother to still be there then you've got nothing to worry about - everyone knows that people start to go through puberty at a certain age so it shouldn't come as a surprise that you've started to develop.

Dude, politely ask her to leave the room. Anything out of the ordinary can be explained to her by the doctor without her having to be in there. I understand her being in there for your first physical or when you were younger, but at this age (assuming 13/14)she shouldn't be in there with you, at least during that part of the examination. You shouldn't have to tell your mother you hit puberty or worry about when she sees your Johnson. You're a teenager. You're big enough to have a physical done without your mom in the room. I'm certain she'll understand, but you shouldn't have to explain to her anything because she shouldn't be seeing anything. Hope all goes well.
