I feel stupid asking this but what is the purpose of lube? Too make sex easier or what? I feel dumb i just dont get it..

Sometimes, we might get excited but not quite wet or actually dry out a little, this helps to avoid friction as he said and also on the days after period when we actually are not quite biologically ready for intercourse but want to fuck. Best days, when we will get really wet are 5 days before ovulation and 5 to 7 after. all other times, our "wetness" is minimal.

Also really useful for anal sex as there is no lubrication back there.:P

Agreed on all of the above in addition it's great for putting things that are slightly larger than the average penis up inside your vagina or anal passage like a fist

Ya but also i sometimes now use lube just for mbating. Yes i can get bigger things in but also it kinda changes the feel like from the friction of dry to the like sliding over if lube so it is also just for a bit if a new feeling. Don't forget that part.

Sometimes, even if you're turned on you're not very wet, or you might not be wet enough to let something big slide in there. Lube lasts longer and can make sex less painful (I assume. I'm a virgin.).
