okay so I dont know if anyone will see this, but anway, I have flat feet.
You know how a normal foot is like broad at the heel and the toes, and small in the middle?
My foot is just kind of flat, without the small middle part. anyone know what i mean?

Flat feet like the middle part (looking from the side) doesn't curve up? A mate of mine has that and he had to get some thing you put in your shoe (can't remember the name atm)

Yea I have exactly that.
Though its said I dont need to get a shoe thing because it doesnt hurt or bother me, and its not really that serious

Well then you have been lucky. I have never seen a flat foot so I don't know what it looks like. Guess that if you don't need those things in your shoes then you don't need to be worried.

nah. I just wonder what other people think of it, I always thought I had normal feet until I compared to others.
It looks a bit weird but I dunno... I think it looks cool :P

Flat feet are bad for your back >.<
Sometimes it's caused by being over weight. You should get shoes that like support your arch. When you get older that's going to be a literal pain o.o

In some individuals (an estimated 20–30% of the general population) the arch simply never develops in one foot (unilaterally) or both feet (bilaterally).
thats from wikipedia.
that means there most be lots of others with this! like 1/4 of the people

I have the same problem. I have no arc on my feet. My feet swell and cramp a lot and if I stand too long my heels have a sharp pain in them.
I was told it was caused by something called 'sever / over-pronation' / 'shin splints.' I buy a special insert for my shoes made specifically for my feet. They help a LOT! I also buy a certain kind of shoe that makes an arc for me. They're kind of expensive, but they're good shoes, they help, and they last a long time! The inserts last for about 10 years and can be transferred from shoe to shoe.

Same here, although mine only ache and turn red. although mine have a really low arch. I can sometimes feel the bones inside them pop if I walk too long.

Just simply have no arch, there's no problem with it, I'm flat footed too.

I thought flat feet were normal until a year ago, I didn't realise you were meant to have an arch :P Yeah I'm flat footed, I have problems with my ankles, knees and back. I got sent to the children's podiatrist and have insoles that I have to wear in my shoes, they're supposed to help shape my feet before I get older. They do help actually so I'm glad I got it sorted.

My flat feet actualy make me better at running walking and jumping, I think.
I can walk forever, and where other people say their feet hurt mine donīt, I can walk like forever.
And when I jump on a trampoline I can get really high using just my feet since I have more bounc there :)

Is that where that saying "two left feet" is from?
