Banned members coming back

Chay_c92 came back today when I thought she was banned.

Now I had a discussion with Alex and I thought that when you were banned the IP adress was banned to.

I think that this is a serious problem that needs to be dealt with.

The question: Is anything going to be done about it?

There was a slight problem with this particular banning. It has been resolved now and was an isolated incident. Been sorted now and won't happen again.
