Unable to log into chatroom

I tried to log into the chat room and it's giving me this error:

Even though it is unlikely to fix it I tried reinstalling but no prevail, any idea why I'm getting this message?

Try using it on another browser, other than Opera.

Try using it on another browser, other than Opera.

I've tried it on I.E and chrome, no results.
