Penis Head Bigger than Shaft?

Do most guys have a penis head bigger than the shaft when erect? Mine flares out alot but I seen some guys with small heads and thick shafts.

mines kinda like that too looks like a shroom it gets big first so when i get a semi my head gets big first then my shaft follows does your head get all shiney when your hard?
