last night i had a few friends over and i had a beer and a few mike's hard lemonade, but i knew better than to get drunk. but i was pretty tipsy. my boyfriend who i've been with for 28 days had a few beers and mike's hards but he didnt seem very drunk. well we decided to fool around in my room like we always do, but we never had sex. he wanted me to get a condom from my sister's room, i said no. before i knew it he was in me and i pushed him off and said "what are you doing!" and slapped him. so he was in me for about 3 seconds with no protection. he didnt ejaculate, i didnt feel or see anything, so would it still be necessary to get emergency contraception?

No if he didn't ejaculate then no sperm was released, thus there's no way you can get pregnant. But I think it definitely IS necessary for an emergency breakup. What he did was appalling, disgusting, and unacceptable and you need to leave him NOW before he gets extreme. Events like this are what lead to rape which is, in essence what he did anyway.

well you can never be too careful. i would probably do it just for your peace of mind. as soon as there is contact like that no matter for how long, you are at risk of getting knocked up.

well he was really sorry and we're not going to fool around for a long time. he doesnt always listen when i say no but he promised that he'll always listen from now on. and he said he was really really drunk, but i couldnt really tell.

Booze or not, what he did was really unacceptable.

However, anytime a penis enters the vagina there's a chance for pregnancy, because when a guy gets excited, drips of fluid ooze from the penis, and there are sperm cells in them. Not as much as a full ejaculation, but they're in there. So, yes, you can get preganant even if he was inside you for a very brief time.

If it was midway thru your cycle (the time you ovulate, and therefore most fertile) I'd go with 'Plan B' (the emergency contraceptive).

Any guy who doesn't listen when you say "No" to sex or sexual activites is not worth having. If he's done it on previous occassions then what will make the next ones any different? Trust me, guys like this don't learn to take "no" as "no" if girls (like you and me) accept their apologies all the time.

it's called preing. you should get checked you can never be too sure. But I doubt tht you are. I hope this helps =)
