Okay so I have been having severe urges to cut because I have weirdly been excessively eating and one of my biggest problems/insecurities is my weight and when I feel like i'm gaining weight again I hate myself so much I just want to relapse. So far I haven't had a slip up in the past couple weeks. Hopefully i can get back on track and start losing weight again. Sometimes I just wish I could cut off the fat.

I know how it is when you don't love your body, but don't hate yourself for not being super skinny.
If you wanna lose weight that's great, but every now and then there will be the times when you'll eat more, but that doesn't mean that you failed. Give yourself a treat sometimes, that way it would be easier to stay on healthy diet. If you want any tips about eating healthy and losing weight just send me a VM or write a thread in section about eating problems. :)

If you're not a big fan of exercises or if you don't have time or money to go to the gym etc then you can try 30 days shred. There are videos on YouTube and they last for about 30 min. The thing is to exerise every single day and combined with healthy diet there will be good results (I've lost about 13 pounds in a month and I didnt even exercise every day and I did only level 1, but I did eat healthy food).
There are 3 levels and every level lasts for 10 days. You should really try it out. For me first days are the hardest, but after a week of exercising I noticed big change while exercising).
I'll start healthy diet and 30 days shred on Monday again and if you start as well we can exchange experiences and push each other when we feel like giving up. :)
