Just because someone hits puberty, doesn't mean their dick grows. Some guys could hit at 12 and their dick may not grow till they are 16

I don't know soft, but I think I was around 4" hard when I was 10 before puberty, I was around 6.5" at the end of 13 and am now 8.2" at just over 16.

Not really sure how big my penis was before puberty, but now it just hit the 7" mark, of which I am very happy about. But like others have said, your penis may not grow immediately after you hit puberty. Just give it some time

I started at 11 and my penis was small. I would think it was around 4-4.5 erect. Now it's 6.2" erect. I'm happy and I wouldn't mind if it stopped growing.
