When your penis started growing, how long did it take to you notice it? Like, how many months from "small" penis to actual size?

every 6 months I can tell it's growing

I don't think there is a time, because if you notice it's growing you can't tell how long its been growing. Although from 'small' size to actual adult size could be anything between 3 years to 12 years, depending on how late or early you grow. You usually stop at about 21, and some people start at 18 whereas some start earlier at 9, so it all depends.

A penis usually stops at 21 years old. Once I hit puberty I think a month later, my penis in which I got a boner grew bigger.

It depends really, it can develop slowly over a period of like 9 years or can quickly grow to its full adult size in little over 2 years.

mine was a couple inches over year, it was fast at first though
