Hey guys,

this girl that I work with has blocked me on facebook about a week ago. I havent had a chance to ask her face to face because we work different days.

I want to sort this whole thing out... I am thinking of asking another girl from work who I am friends with and do chat to each other to talk to the girl who blocked me on fb and try and get her to unblock me so me and she can talk from there.

Would that be the best idea or would it be best to talk to her face to face about this? I next see the girl who blocked me on Saturday as I am covering for someone.

I have no idea why she blocked me, we were getting along so well, chatting on facebook... but then I did see this status update saying "#feeling annoyed" and I am having a funny feeling that was about me chatting to her, but when I saw that status I stopped talking to her. When I woke up the next day she blocked me...

Thanks in advance

I agree with the part about asing face to face. Using someone else to talk to her is immature. But questioning her about her actions could lead her to feel interrogated which could further antagonize her.

Instead try something along the lines of "I noticed that you blocked me on FB, and just wanted to say that if I did something to annoy or offend you, it was unintentional amd I'm sorry. I'd like to continue being friends with you, so if you could tell me what happened it would help to avoid the situation again."

so its a bad idea to ask someone to ask her for me?

Yes.

Yup, that's the best thing to do. Ask her face to face! Because if you get someone to ask her, then it's just going to be a game of telephone and you won't get her actual full on response.
