So, to all pianoforte players out there, I have a few questions.
What are your favorite periods? Composers? Do you have a piano of your own? An upright? A grand? A digital keyboard? A Bosendorfer :O?
And name some pieces you like, plox. I love learning about new pieces.
For me, I love French Impressionistic, Romantic, Late Classical, and Contemporary the best in that order.
My favorite composers are Debussy, Ravel, Scriabin, Brahms, Chopin, Liszt, Beethoven, and Barber, in that order.
And some of the most beautiful pieces I've ever heard? Here.
1. Scriabin Etude Op.8 No.12

2. Liszt Totentanz

3. Chopin Etude Op.25 No.11

4. Ravel Le Tombeau de Couperin-Toccata

5. Debussy Estampes, III-Jardins sous la Pluie
