Ok guys heres the story....

About 2 weeks ago my Aunt died. She was my legal Guardian. She was the only Mother I knew. When she died I inherited about 30 acres of land in Maryland and around 27 something million dollars. My Aunt never told anyone about this stuff.

p.s we were very poor people before she died.

Ok heres the problem...

My other Aunt wants legal Guardianship over me however I can't stand that money hungry bitch. She always try to put me down. She LOVES calling me retarded. We just had a verbal fight yesterday. I told her "I don't want nothing to do with you. I don't want you to be my Guardian."

So she tried to make me feel bad by saying. "If you leave your Grandfather will not have any money to support himself" "That's not fair to him"

Then my Grandfather said. "Ah that's right I'll be here alone carrying the load"

****holy*****shit****

In case these dumbass people haven't noticed I'm still grieving the lost of my Aunt. I'm not worried about money problems or anything of the matter. I just want comfort and security.

Fucking idiots all they see is dollar signs, they don't see me.

She always tries to make me feel bad so I can stay here!!!

Now she's going to get my Grandfather to be my Guardian however I don't want him to be my Guardian either. He said "A'nish I'm not going to hold you back from what you want to do"

My birth mother lives in las Vegas. She came out here to Ohio to take me back with her after the funeral. I told her wait till spring break from school. We agreed on a date, March 24th.

How can I stop my Money Hungry Aunt from getting Guardianship or Grandfather for that matter?

Look in the phonebook and call a family lawyer. Some do consults over the phone and give free legal advice.

I don't think any of us here are legal experts and each state is different. Its best to go to the ones who know and see who can tell you what your rights are.

How old are you, by the way?

I'm 16 years old.

I hope I can go with someone other than my Aunt or Grandfather....

I agree with Ant. Phone about, get some free advice and work out what's best to do that way.

Good Luck!
