So I'm asking this, because the terrain looks different than GTA 4 and I've never seen those cars. Are those cars only on the last island? Is the last island you unlock like the rich people island? I have both the middle (where Times sq is) and farthest right island unlocked (where you start the game) I just don't have the third one. When do you unlock the third one and what's the third island called?

The posts above mine have already answered your question about the video, so I'll answer yours about the islands.

You seem pretty confused, as was I when I first played GTA IV.

There are 4 islands and the third one you unlock is Algonquin, where Times Square is. Since you say you already have it unlocked, I'm guessing by third you actually mean fourth, which is Alderney. Alderney is the run down island, not the rich one (that's Algonquin). You unlock it after one of Packie's missions.
