okay.
well you may no from my previous post that i think i have a fat stomach. everyone was telling me to exercise, i never have exercised before. so i am now exercising. i run for like 20 at least minutes a day, and do like sit ups and stuff. Oh and i eat healthyily. but my problem is, it is still like i have this pudge that pokes out of my stomach right like under my belly button, and i can get rid of it. and it is the main thing that was bothering me the most. It just pokes out, and i feel and it makes my loook really fat. (well to me any way) and when i do sit up it hurts the muscles above my belly button, not under it where i want it to.

Does that mean i am doing them wrong?
what exercises are there that will use my lower stamach muscles to get rid of that bulge?
please help!

well i know for a fact ( just joined a gym and got a trainer) that you wont see ANY resuslts till AT LEASE 3 months. takes abotu 6 months for you to be like "wowww awsome!" hope that helpps.

Cruches, and cardio. Those are both a major help for the area your focusing on.
And I doubt your doing it wrong. As Tegan said, it takes a while for results to show sometimes. Just be patient.
