Maybe or maybe not
You might have one the genetic lottery and also diet etc can make a huge difference

I had mild acne so far, nothing too big. But my sister was really unlucky. She had a severe case, she was on Rx acne medicine for 5 years, now she has some breakouts from time to time (she's 26) but is under control and they say will clear itself up before her 30s.

Some people also have breakouts after their teens. Mom had zits from college until she had me.

It depends on each individual, I have bad acne and have been on medication for 3 years and it just keeps on getting worse. But I got the chance of cosmetic camouflage which rebuilt my confidence. Me and my sister both had bad acne. But my had minimal acne and my aunt had loads.

achne is something you cant predict it just happens, I'm lucky i havent suffered from it but my sister did have it and went to a dermatologist and the medication she recieved really helped her!

Sometimes it's genetics, sometimes hormones and sometimes environmental factors. It varies from person to person so you can't really predict it. I suffered from bad acne since I was 11 and I'm 16 now. It's cleared up a lot now but it's definitely left a lot of scars :(

you just have to wait and see what happens, I don't have acne but I stay away from sweets and soft drinks too.

if you watch what you eat and drink and you wash everyday, you shouldn't have an issue
