Is it possible take an automatic Allison transmission and convert it to a manual? I don't want an automatic but I want an Allison and they only make automatics.

It could be possible, but it would take a lot of work and money to do and in the end it would end up being way more trouble than it's ever worth.

I do not think its possible. Even if it was, the gearbox would be completely different. So it'll be better just buying a manual then putting it in.

No. In the end you would come out with just another manual transmission, it really wouldn't be an Allison anymore. Save yourself the trouble, do your research and a nice manual to put in there. Or stick with an auto and do the Allison
