So I'm going to this birthday party of this girl that I really like. She is having this pool party with close friends only and I was invited. I almost asked her out at the end of the school year but didn't get the opportunity. I want to ask her out at the birthday party but I am worried that since it is her special day that she might get weirded out and say no. I am 99% sure that she will say yes but am still a little worried. Not only is this birthday party around her, it is also her actual birthday (the 8th of July) What should I do?

If you positive that she will say yes than do it. Make sure that you ask her alone and no one around. If by any chance she does say no, dont get embarrassed and say '' its alright, thanks though. Happy Birthday.'' Now with that you knows your a man about it and maybe in the future you will go out. Remember shes not the only girl, so move on and try and find another girl and dont set your standards to high to find the ''right'' girl.

Honestly you ask her when the time is right! Just live in the moment, and if you feel all of a sudden it's time, then go ask her, whether it's at the pool party or on a different day. Just be confident.

Try to behave your best on the party, chat with her, make some tasteful jokes, make her realize you are an interesting guy.... then as you head out and she's saying goodbye to you, put it out there that you had a great time, what a great hostess she was and that you will like to spend some time with her one of these days.
