That's why I do, or use the underwear I have taken off. These things can be easily washed, more so than changing the bed sheets.

I do my own laundry but if you want to use something disposable it is possible to use just a few tissues or sheets of toilet paper. The secret is to get as much as possible up with the first piece. Even when that is wet enough that the spot your wiping with it is not being left dry it will still collect a large dollop from another spot. Having got most of it up that way you use the second/third piece to go back over those spots and wipe them dry.

If you have an ensuite you can always wash off in the shower.
