Puberty in boys can start as early as 8/9 or as late as 16 (I was 10 when a lot of it kiked in, so was early, and had the issue of not understanding, and no peers of my age to talk to that could understand). Your bot commimg to wards the later part of your peers. You are normal, and you have started. Things will develop eventually.

You could be just a late bloomer. Or it maybe because you are Malaysian? But anyways you'll have some time to grow. And your voice is something that progresses it doesn't happen all at once.

Don't worry, you will go through a phase of very quick and fast growing which is part of puberty. It sounds like you may just not have started this yet but don't worry it will all level out in time.

As Johnsmith said, everyone starts puberty at different times. some may start really early, like 9-10, and some may start at 17.

Look my friend, I'm only 14 and my penis is 6 3/8 inches (last time I measured) and my voice has changed too. I'm in my school choir/chorus, and last year you couldn't hear me over everyone else, but this year, you could hear me loud and clear, my mom said so and she was in the back of the auditorium. To sum it up, you are changing and growing, etc., but you don't notice it, but people you don't see often will notice these changes.

It sounds to me like you're maybe just starting puberty. Your penis will probably start to grow a lot more once your voice starts to change too. Don't worry though, your penis will grow loads more, since you're still really young :)

Now, is tht erect or flaccid. Its probably erect and you are a late bloomer whereas I am an early bloomer. Just chill. If you are really worried, go to a doctor and they may give you a testosterone shot.
