How come girls can go at it time after time, whereas most guys need to cool down?

So I've heard that when girls have sex, they can have sex again for another 2-3+ times whereas guys usually need to take a break (most, so please don't say "I don't have to take a break" cause that would be totally off topic)? Why do guys need to take a break? Why don't girls need to take a break?

Because us guys need to reload and produce more sperm before we can go again.
Usually I have to wait 20-30 mins before I can go a second time.

I agree that it may be a stamina issue. Yet -- many positions the guy is exerting more energy than a girl is so they may need a breather. I've gotten worn out and taken a break
