Does your foreskin have to be pulled back to wear a condom, if so why and if not why..

It's recommended you do so the foreskin doesn't get caught up in the end of the condom. Besides, it far better to pull it back so you feel more sensation on the head!

It's not 'recommended', it's something you have to do. The friction between the condom and the foreskin will make it quite a painful experience.
