When does it stop growing? I am almost at 9 inches when hard and when I am hung I have a massive bulge, my penis hung is at 5 inches and I just turned 17. How big are you guys?

It should stop growing any time between now and when you're 21. Around 29/21 is more accurate. I'm 16 and am 8.2".
