It still seems to me, that sexual arousement and orgasms are much more intense feelings for girls than for boys. Or why do boys easier keep quiet during an orgasm than girls?

Yes, it does feel good, but beyond that it just feels natural when you're in the throes of pleasure. It's just a release that you need to get out before it builds up inside. Plus it's very good feedback during sex, and turns on my BF a lot.
