It will probably be a flop, we already have enough good consoles.
I'm not sure why people would want stuff like the OUYA because it's so low powered, it plays arcade like games.

Your article refers to something entirely different: it claims Google themselves is making one. The OUYA already exists, and was funded through some Kickstarter campaign.

It released about a week ago, if I cam remember correctly. The people who supported the Kickstarter campaign never got their special ones, though, but that was the shipping company's fault. But yeah, other than that, I haven't seen any more news than you have.

I can't see them making any kind of dent in the current console market.
Even the Wii U is struggling and loosing developer support left right and centre.
