Don't worry you're still young, so you have a few more years to grow. But currently you have an average size so don't worry about it. And if a girl says thats small; who cares she ain't worth your time :)

dude you are perfectly normal for your age. plus many women will tell you it isnt the size put its how you use it that counts

Even if you were small -- what matters during intimacy is how both of you can use your creativity. As stated -- you're close to the average adult size. I don't think people care about flaccid size because what could matter is how big you are when aroused.
