yea just like armpits, the area around your groin (it's not actually your balls) sweats more.

i wear briefs. that takes care of your balls sticking to your legs.

Through puberty and when you are getting older.. Yes, you sweat more. All you need to do when they do sweat is take a shower and scrub hard and for a while down at your balls to have them smell good again.
