Well to answer your question I need to ask a few more.
Are you circumcised or not? If you are not you a probably not use to the sensitivity; that use to happen to me so it will eventually stop. Ok to answer about your semen/ejaculate, usually the initial shot is very watery and then it kind of clumps after a few more; I'm not too sure about this but it could be because you're dehydrated. You're fine, and it is totally normal to urinate after cumming. Peeing after ejaculating is your body's way of cleaning out the urethra to get rid of any excess cum.
