Delayed/Slowed Puberty HELP

Hey there, i would like to post this to the experts that can answer my question. I am 17 and a half years old and have some pubic and armpit hair and can ejaculate. I do not have any facial hair and my penis has not grown. Am i still in the normal stage of development or is there something wrong? I would also like to know is masturbating and ejaculating before i have fully developed a bad thing to do? I am 5ft 6inches and am about 120 pounds i think. Please reply a.s.a.p

As Hyper said, you are definately late. But I"m pretty sure you'll start growing at a rapid rate.

John, I think you'd be delayed at 25 with your description, but not at 17! Puberty continues until 21 or so, so you've got lots of time. Besides, it sounds as if you're already fairly into it, eventhough you are focused on what you haven't got.

Masturbation is a perfectly normal activity at any age and with any development. No harm comes from doing it, no worries.
