You should always assume that when you send a picture to someone, more than just him (or her) will see it. Basically, always assume it will get posted on the Internet for everyone to see.

Even though you should definitely not be trading pictures at your age, if you do, NEVER include your face (or other personally identifiable info) in the picture. That way if people see it, nobody will ever know it was you. If they ask to see your face and your (naked) body in the same picture, just refuse and don't send one.
