For the internal feelings it is hard to separate those due only to orgasm and those caused by the ejaculation. The orgasm is obviously the most important and best part but I do enjoy feeling the cum travelling through my penis on its way out, I enjoy watching the fountain, and I enjoy the warm splashes as it lands on my chest/stomach all of which are better with more cum so on that basis I'd say the more the better.
