Average height for a 15 y/o male in the US is 5'7, average weight is 125 lbs. You shouldn't rely on averages during puberty though as everyone grows at a different rate.

I am 14 and weigh 140 pounds or 70 kilos. I lift weights and play sports so I HAVE to weigh more. Weight doesn't really make you fat. What makes you fat is bodyfat percentage or muscle to fat ratio. For example someone that is 200 pounds and 8% bodyfat isn't fat.
