I am straight, but is it weird to be slightly turned on when you see a friends penis or them see your penis? I don't get hard, I just like it.

I have been self conscious about my penis size, and when with close friends and you pull your pants down for the first time in front of them, it feels like you don't have to worry any more, and even more when his penis is as big as yours or even smaller.

It's normal I think. What I think you've described is relief though. For example, you were previously self-conscious and worried about your penis size, although when you realise you're just as big, if not bigger, than your friends, you feel relieved and less self-conscious.
