I have been going to the gym for the last few weeks, I really love it but when I work out I sweat a lot in-between my legs mainly where my balls and groins are and I sweat rash has occurred.
My questions
1) What underwear could I wear to reduces the amount of sweat in that area?
2) What cream should I get to remove the swat rash?
3) Does this happen to anyone else?
Thanks for helping me in the past.

Give breathable underwear like actual briefs or just normal boxers, if you can just try going to the bathroom once in a while and wipe down there.
As for the rash, try baby powder.
It does happen to me at times.

yes i would suggest the same thing
before you go to work out powder in between your legs.
but your best bet is going to be taking a shower after you workout.
if you shy about that, just get up the nerve to do it, and you'll find it isn't as bad as you thought it would be.

The gym I go to I do shower but only when I go after 6pm.
And should I get briefs and change in and out them at gym or wear the all the time

I would recommend masturbating before working out. This may help with being overly sweaty. It's strange, I know, but it works for me. Even if it doesn't work, It still feels good.

I kinda get like this too, I would shave down there and get rid of the hair that makes all that sweat build up. I would buy some underwear that breathe better or freeball. That keeps me nice and cool down there

Under Armour Shock Doctor and many off brands offer certain workout underclothes that whisk away moisture and whatnot they also keep your junk from rubbing everywhere. Try compression shorts.
2) What cream should I get to remove the swat rash?
Just use lotion or even baby powder
3) Does this happen to anyone else?
Quite often it's where our glands are and it stinks to high heaven
