Sleeping with hand in pants

Since I was about 7i have been sleeping with my hand in my pants it seems warmer down there anyone else

Sometimes I place my hands in what ever I'm sleeping in, when I'm on my back. usually I sleep on my side or belly so that doesn't work then.
