I want to meet the cute new neighbor girl but I need help though!!!

Any Ideas on how I can go and talk to this stranger girl? Shes really cute, has a pretty smile and looks my age. She lives across the street from me. I sometimes see her go to a go for a walk with her dog. This might also sound dumb but I have not asked a girl for her number in like two years (sad I know I spent to much time chasing this one girl for awhile, didnt talk to other girls during that time and now this one girl I chased for the longest time ignores me but thats a whole different story) I kind of dont want to make it wierd if I get the chance to ask the stranger girl Any advice would be very helpful VT and highly appreciated.

If you see her outside try doing a chore while she's outside to sorta let you know that your there. Watch her out of the corner of your eye and if she's looking at you look at her and make eye contact give her a smile and wave. If she seems interested go over and introduce yourself. Talk to her and if you and her both feel comfortable with each other ask her for her number. The worst she can say is no. But don't tell her about the girl you were chasing for a while right like when you two are still new to each other. Just chat man, make conversation, and don't make it boring.
