Do you mean after we retract it? Well, it normally sits over the gland (nor retracted), when it is retracted, it goes back just the same, it is not stretched anymore. It can go over the entire gland for most uncircumcised persons.

I believe that you should be partially concerned, depending on how old you are this could be a semilarge problem. Your foreskin should be able to go back over the glands/head, if you are still young just gi about stretching it, pulling it back more and more, slowly. You should do this is the shower or bath or steam room if you have one at home. If you have any more questions on this just shoot.

What you describe is either phimosis (tight foreskin) or tight frenelum (the bit of skin that connects the foreskin to the head of the penis. Some kids do suffer from this and to various degrees. If you can pull it back when flacid, then it's quite mild. A bit of streaching each day helps (don't overdo it till it's too painful), and being wet (in shower or bath can help). Doctor can pescribe cream to help too. Circumcision is optional (and only necessary in extreme cases). Don't panic as some guys do live a normal life with it being a bit tight too - as U say you've not had any problems, so don't worry too much

It should do. Don't overdoit. I hear being wet (eg in shower/ bath) may help, and you may not get quick results
