Uncut is I've coarse more natural, being cut doesn't really have any upsides but there can't really be awarded a winner

There isn't a 'better' of the two. Each has positives and negatives.

I have only experienced uncut and at this point that's what I prefer because the hype says intimacy can be better that way. Though -- I wouldn't turn down cut
