They may seem bigger, because before you ejaculate your testicles tense up, and then relax after ejaculation. Or they may seem bigger because you're "refilling." That and if you masturbate regularly you will produce more sperm than if you don't.

its like inflating a football if u let the squeeze the air out it can look a bit bigger for a second then goes down in size. the same thing happens with your balls, they get bigger just before u ejaculate because the sperm is filling up the 2 tubes in your balls and eventually leaving them and making your balls slightly shrink.
